Elderberry Syrup

posted in: Uncategorized | 2

A mostly visual guide to making your own elderberry syrup at home.

You might choose to halve the recipe, or double it, depending on your needs.
Slow simmer until you have reduced your liquid by about half. I use a wood popsicle stick as a rough gauge.
Once reduced, let it cool down so it’s not hot hot, and mash
strain, and then mix in your raw honey
And bottle. Enjoy!
